We always buy from local farms first.

Other UK produce is purchased in favour of imported goods.

All imports travel by sea not by air freight.

Our Packaging policy

We use as little packaging as possible.

Your delivery will be re-packed in the boxes that our suppliers use to deliver to us.

Please leave your box out for collection by us as it will be reused several times.

All cardboard is recycled at the end of its life.

Transport policy

We use route planning software to find the shortest delivery route.

Our vehicle has the latest engine with the lowest possible emissions and is Euro4 compliant.

Customer Service

We aim to provide the highest level of customer service.

We check all items for quality before delivering to you, however we are not infallible.

Any item you are not satisfied with will be replaced on your next delivery.

Invoicing

Our invoicing system is paperless.
